We are looking for a skilled Commercial Drywall and Framing Mechanic with experience in carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall to support projects at Kings Bay Naval Base, GA, and nearby locations.

Our company operates as a full-service design-build contractor, delivering accelerated commercial construction projects for both public and private sector clients. A large portion of our work supports Department of Defense initiatives.

This position is hands-on and essential to our field operations. You will complete a variety of physical and technical carpentry tasks, working with both hand and power tools to construct and finish interior spaces. Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of relevant commercial construction or trade experience (or equivalent)
• Prior work on government or military construction projects is a plus
• Experience with metal stud framing systems, drywall installation, and related materials
• Proven ability to frame and install steel stud systems is required
• Experience with acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) installation is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred

Compensation:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour
