Since 1996, RQ Construction, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We have a national and international presence spanning coast to coast, including internationally at U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Puerto Rico. We offer management of design and construction projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

The Production Manager will focus on analyzing production data, optimizing execution, and implementing production processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Self-Perform teams. The role will support the Self-Perform leadership in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Our Self-Perform functions are concentrated on the East Coast. Therefore, this position will be assigned to work out of our office in Jacksonville, FL. Remote work is acceptable, but in-office work will be required. Travel will be required to regional project locations throughout the Southeast.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, or Business is preferred for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training (operations management) may be qualifying.
• Five or more years' experience managing construction as a project manager, Superintendent, or similar role, with a focus on production management, scheduling, and coordination.
• Computer expertise (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required, including the ability to utilize material management software(s).
